War in Ukraine: More cities like Bucha, says President Zelensky

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the UN Security Council.

Speaking to the Council by video link for the first time since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, he said “the worst war crimes are being committed since the end of World War II.”

He also said: “The world has yet to see what they have done in other occupied regions and cities of the country … responsibility must be inevitable.”

Zelenskiy’s comments follow his visit to the city of Bucha on Monday, where the bodies of dead Ukrainian civilians were seen.
