War in Ukraine: “I saw a Russian soldier shoot my father in Bucha”

Around 11:00 am on March 17, Yuriy Nechiporenko and his father Ruslan rode bicycles to the Bucha administration building, where they were distributing aid. Electricity, gas and water were cut off, and the city lacked basic necessities, which was one of the first occupied by Russian troops in the attack on the capital Kyiv.
